EQUITY-FOCUSED TEACHER AND LEADER TRAINING
New Teacher University | NTU is our research-based year-long induction and cohort-style coaching program for teachers in year one and year two to ensure a strong start for every teacher and excellent instructor for every student. Every new teacher in your school or district will receive training and development that addresses best instructional practices for high student achievement, culturally relevant pedagogy, and practical teacher tools to maximize student learning. The program includes real-time coaching from master teachers, deliberate practice, and ongoing, robust in-class support.
Lead Well is our 8-session/8-hour leadership learning program designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and mindsets of effective social justice school leaders. The program is rooted in research by the nation's leading scholars in culturally-relevant school leadership, effective leadership for advancing student achievement, and social justice in education. This cohort-style program includes a library of essential texts, practical tools for leading for educational equity and excellence, and the development of a campus-specific equity project.

Inside Out is a customized, school-specific year-long professional learning series that focuses on leading for equity from the inside out. The series begins with personal learning and reflection around racial identities and identity formation. From there, we move to cultural competence. Then, we move to the power of community, inclusion, and belonging for student learning. The series concludes with the development of personal and organizational action plans. The year-long program includes fall and spring keynote addresses to inspire and ignite teachers and staff and practical, actionable tools to use in the classroom and across the campus.
